Nutrition 101

Intended for Physical Therapy Doctoral students, this short course provided an example of how the professor could implement a flipped classroom dynamic. The course provided basic information about nutrition, which pushed classroom focus to more complex topics and application activities. 

An in-class knowledge check assessed student understanding and enabled the professor to fill in blanks where necessary.
